Frequently Asked Questions

  • Postage is a flat rate of £3.95 per order for UK orders (Excluding Northern Ireland).

Every package is sent out with Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery. You will receive an email once the parcel has been sent.

I will always endeavor to post your parcel the next working day after you have placed your order.

  • Unfortunately, due to the increasing price of postage following Brexit and the global tariffs, I am unable to offer international shipping.

Sadly, this also includes Northern Ireland as a result of the Windsor Framework Regulations.

  • Tencel is made using a closed-loop production system, meaning that there are no waste products as a result of manufacture. It is vegan, as the fibre is made from eucalyptus trees which are farmed sustainably for this purpose.

Besides its eco-friendly qualities, Tencel yarn also has a beautiful natural shine which makes any project stand out and sparkle once completed.

  • Maru comes from the Japanese for circle, or round. To me, it has come to represent all things round and cute, like a freshly caked yarn, for example.

  • If you are unhappy with your yarn once it has arrived, please get in touch and we will arrange a return. Return postage must be paid by the customer, unless the item received was faulty.

Personalisations, such as custom yarns, or where the customer has requested a skein be caked, cannot be returned/refunded.

Customers have 14 days from receiving their item/s to request a return.

Returned items must be in original packaging, and must not have been used. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be issued providing the item meets these requirements.
