Postage is a flat rate of £3.95 per order for UK orders (Excluding Northern Ireland).

Every package is sent out with Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery. You will receive an email once the parcel has been sent.

I will always endeavor to post your parcel the next working day after you have placed your order.

Unfortunately, due to the increasing price of postage following Brexit and the global tariffs, I am unable to offer international shipping.

Sadly, this also includes Northern Ireland as a result of the Windsor Framework Regulations.

Tencel is made using a closed-loop production system, meaning that there are no waste products as a result of manufacture. It is vegan, as the fibre is made from eucalyptus trees which are farmed sustainably for this purpose.

Besides its eco-friendly qualities, Tencel yarn also has a beautiful natural shine which makes any project stand out and sparkle once completed.

Maru comes from the Japanese for circle, or round. To me, it has come to represent all things round and cute, like a freshly caked yarn, for example.

If you are unhappy with your yarn once it has arrived, please get in touch and we will arrange a return. Return postage must be paid by the customer, unless the item received was faulty.

Personalisations, such as custom yarns, or where the customer has requested a skein be caked, cannot be returned/refunded.

Customers have 14 days from receiving their item/s to request a return.

Returned items must be in original packaging, and must not have been used. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be issued providing the item meets these requirements.
