Yarndale 2026
Wow!
As a total newbie to Yarndale, it’s safe to say I was blown away by the size of show, not to mention the variety of stalls and things to do there. Across the three days (including the set up day), I saw maybe half of the rows of stalls, and would have loved to have had the time to explore more.
I was genuinely so lovely to see so many familiar faces, especially on the sunday morning when I had a chance to have a good chat with other stallholders. Thank you to everyone who came to the stand to say hello, everyone seemed to have a really good (if tiring) couple of days in Skipton. Unfortunately, I did catch the flu that was going round, and have spent most of the week in bed, which does put me on the back foot a bit in my preparations for Stafford Wool Gathering, which is now only two weeks away! Thankfully, I have my devoted little nurse, Nutmeg, who has napped by my side throughout.
If you are planning to attend the Stafford show, please do make sure to say hi!
Until then, watch out for the Maru Studio Youtube channel, where I am hoping to upload a new crochet tutorial for a simple shawl using Maru yarns.
See you soon!
